RESERVATION POLICIES:

Bookings need to be complete two weeks prior to your trip. A $200 non refundable deposit is taken at time of reservation

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations 48 hours prior to arrival receive refund minus $200 non-refundable deposit for Bed and Breakfast stays and Kayak Rentals. High Roller and Gringo Warm up trips are subject to refund 48hours in advance pending emergencies (injury, family circumstances, flight cancellations) Auction trips must be used the year purchased and are non-refundable or transferrable.

CHECK-IN:

Check in time is flexible on a per guest basis and must be arranged prior to arrival. Please send us your actual flight itinerary for airport pick up and drop off.

FACILITIES:

Our facilities are kept to a high standard and damages to property are the responivilty of the guest if an accident occurs. Replacement costs to all property items are set at current market value. Kayak replacement costs are listed on rental waiver. Damages to rental equipment is dependant on severity of damage. ANY CRACKS UNDER THE SEAT of the kayak are considered replacement, all other cracks can be repaired at the expense of the guest ranging from $150-$300.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please be clear and transparent regarding ALL medical concerns, allergies, etc. We want to ensure the safety of all guests during your stay with us. Hospital services are nearby and affordable if not free. ALL guests must purchase adequate travel insurance prior to departure, if kayaking, please choose the adventure sport premium offered by most travel insurance providers. Please also visit a medical travel clinic prior to arrival to ensure proper vaccinations and preparedness.
